FIFFA Football World Cup 2022 | What Do You Get From FIFA 22 Ultimate Edition
After an uncertain start to the year, we are in an exciting and innovative time once again. The recent announcement of a special partnership with Sports Direct has given all football fans in the country the opportunity to see their favorite teams play across four nations in one world cup which will be held from 27-Oct 2022. With this kind of cooperation a huge amount of exposure is created for our national leagues and clubs with many new foreign players coming into our stadiums.
It is therefore important that every single club be able to stand up to bring any football game they have or not to let themselves fall behind. In order to do so, there is a number of initiatives that must be made to ensure that our clubs are ready to face top level opposition. As UEFA is very much focused on promoting the upcoming European Championships and the FIFA Club World Cup, it is vital that every club is well prepared and supported to perform at the highest level ever. To help promote these competitions, FIPS has decided that next year’s

World Cup will feature 16 teams who will compete in five games each. The idea being that while some teams may lose out on the finals due to injuries or inconsistent results, others who take part in the competition, will be looking to push the rest of the league. This gives them an advantage of playing against the strongest and best opponents possible and this way, hopefully, they can improve and come away with the second part of the tournament.
The first aspect of our preparation is the establishment of a global team tour during the summer. We will be allowing all of our football clubs the chance to present themselves around the world. Through these tours, all clubs will receive valuable insight as to where they belong in terms of quality, consistency and performance.
Once this information is received, teams will then become aware of what the current world class teams are doing and how they compare to the expectations of many people. Teams that perform strongly, consistently and effectively will be placed in areas where they have been most successful and will be able to create a better understanding of why each team is performing as they usually do. Having this information is extremely valuable and will allow us to work backwards and forwards to find other areas that need improvement.
Along the same vein will also be the introduction of localized player development programs. Under English Premier League rules it is mandatory that clubs provide full length training sessions during their pre-season camps. For whatever reason though, this type of program has been very difficult to implement for most clubs now.
Many of our clubs do not really know what to look forward to when it comes to training and this lack of knowledge and experience has led to fewer clubs actually reaching their peak levels in training. A lot of clubs have found themselves missing out on getting the maximum benefits from their training programs which leads to poor performances.
One way that this could change is by encouraging all of our clubs to put together extensive match day programmes across all divisions and every week to the biggest part to help us prepare, train and win matches throughout the season. We need to go back to basics to get more hands on experience in preparation for the big competitions.

These tournaments, whilst very important, should not replace the normal league and cup fixtures. As an example to follow would be the North West derby between AFC Champions League champions Manchester City and Burley. While both sides are expected to field teams from different parts of England into the contest, they will share no personal or team related issues aside from those specific to their own regions.
In conclusion, my daily job I am hoping that by bringing together our clubs in such a manner that we can increase our chances of success in the future.
